Your assessment will be completed over two visits and has the same basic content as the Health Assessment Premium, but with extended testing and more time with the physician. Your first appointment with the nurse will take about 40 minutes. Your second appointment with a physician, about 60 minutes.

At least 6 hours. You may, however, drink water, black tea and black coffee without sugar.

Your health assessment involves testing the levels of certain substances in your blood, such as sugar and fats, so the readings might be irregularly high if you have just eaten.

Yes, we can still do the tests, although some of the readings might need to be checked at your appointment with the physician.

The questionnaire asks about your medical history and lifestyle, adding valuable information to the test data for your appointment with the physician.

You will receive the results in a digital health report via the Kivra app a few weeks after the completed health examination. If you do not have Kivra, you will receive your test results at the doctor’s visit.
