In the event of a missed appointment, the Health Centre is entitled to charge 100% of the fee.
If a health examination is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment, the Health Centre is entitled to charge 50% of the fee.
If any other type of appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, the Health Centre will charge 100% of the fee.
Please note that cancellations for Monday appointments must be made on the preceding Friday.
